This wedding comes to you from the ever beautiful Wolf Lakes Park outside Fresno, CA. As gorgeous as it is, it takes on an extra special quality when the impressive surroundings mix with a truly special couple and their friends and families. Taylor and Connor are two of the most warm-hearted people I have had the pleasure of working with, and it really shows in these images. I loved working with them, and I hope you enjoy the results.

So what do you do if it rains on your wedding day? Well if you're total badasses like Robin and Steve, you get WET! I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with last September at the Valhalla in South Lake Tahoe. Of course no one wants it to rain on their wedding day, but Robin and Steve just embraced it and they have some phenomenal memories to show for it. Definitely a highlight of my year and I love the set of images I've posted here. Enjoy!
I will be photographing Jennifer and Kenny's wedding next year at the beautiful Mountain Winery in Saratoga, CA, but this post is all about their engagement pictures! I had an absolute blast hanging out with these two up in the mountains at Huntington Lake. So great to get out of the valley into some mountain air and we were even treated to a light rain for part of the session. We photographed on their dock, the family cabin, and just wandered the forest lined shore making some great images along the way. Both are former Fresno State students, and the perfect example of the cheerleader + football player story. Of course football players and cheerleaders tend to come in vastly different heights
Sheena and Taylor's wedding was a fun filled, moment packed day, held at the Garden Venue at beautiful Wolf Lakes Park. Take a few minutes and enjoy some of my favorite images from the day.
Ann and Anton offered me a completely new opportunity and that was to shoot a traditional Lao ceremony a few weeks before their "Western" wedding at Wolf Lakes Park. Her family was very helpful pointing out when and where different things were going to happen and explaining what was going on as it happened. As a photographer it was exhilarating to try and distill all the different color and tradition with my camera. A few weeks later they had another ceremony out at Wolf Lakes and as usual fall at Wolf Lakes didn't disappoint - the color was amazing! Take a minute and take a look at a few of my favorites!
Jenna and Kyle's wedding can only be described as an epic experience. They did something I've never seen before and used the entire Wolf Lakes facility for their reception with cocktails at Lakeside, dinner on the lawn beside the lake, and cake and dancing in the Garden Pavilion. Beyond all that, they were married in a ceremony in a brand new church in Lemoore which meant a long drive to and from the ceremony. Amazingly, nearly everything (aside from a small limo problem) went off without a hitch and it was an amazing day. Enjoy a few of my favorite images from the day...
Oh yeah, middle of August, the Central Valley, outdoor wedding...you know where this is going, right? So it was hot, really hot, but Jennifer and Norman are two incredibly good natured people and a little heat wasn't going to stop them from having a blast. We didn't spend as much time running around the park as we might on a cooler day, but from what I could tell everyone had a fabulous time!
