Sarah and Ryan | Elliston Vineyards Wedding | Pleasanton, CA

Sarah and Ryan's wedding comes to you from Elliston Vineyards in Sunol, CA just a few miles outside of Pleasanton. The vineyard was a fantastic, intimate venue with a great old estate providing a gorgeous vintage background to the wedding. I truly had such a blast with these two and their friends. Truthfully I'm a pretty big nerd and these two were a perfect match. And then, to top it all off, Ryan and his friends home-brewed all the beer served at the wedding and it was absolutely glorious! Meg and Victor | Testarossa Winery Wedding | Los Gatos, CA

This wedding is from a year or so ago, but I'm slowly getting caught up on getting my newest work on the site! Meg and Victor were married at the beautiful Testarossa Winery of Los Gatos in the Bay Area. There ceremony took place in a long arched tunnel and was one of the most unique ceremony locations I've had the pleasure to photograph. The light and texture of the winery was a magnificent environment to work with, and Meg and Victor were the perfect compliment to the setting with such a moment filled day. I loved spending the day with them and the special collection of personalities that surrounded them. Enjoy a few of my favorite images from the day...

Megan and Josh | Palace Hotel and Tank 18 Wedding | San Francisco, CA

I headed up to San Francisco this time around for Megan and Josh's wedding in the city and was met with some of the most fun, gracious and good people you could imagine. It was a perfect day in every respect, everyone had a great time throughout the day and love looking at that vibe in these pictures. Basically, we had a party all day and in the middle of it all, took a break to have a wedding ceremony. Megan and Josh are currently on their 4 MONTH! honeymoon in Central America and I'm happy to send out this selection of my favorites to them to enjoy while surfing, climbing, exploring, or just laying about. Kristen and Nassim | Bay Area Engagement Session | San Francisco, CA

Kristen and Nassim work in the oil industry and travel the world for their jobs. So they decided that they would drop into San Francisco for the weekend and have an engagement session. It was such a treat to hear their story and about their lives - not to mention getting out of the valley to the shining city by the bay for a great session. This one goes way back to last summer, but better late than never! Enjoy!

Brand Spanking New Wedding Portfolio!

After 4 years, I finally sat down and went through 100,000+ or so wedding pictures I've taken over the last 8 years and pared it down to 76 or so of my absolute favorites - the images that I feel define my style and how I photograph weddings. True to nature it's heavy on moments, heavy on joy, heavy on the quirky little kids, with a dash of dynamic portraits thrown in for good measure. Lacie and Chris | Destination Engagement Session | San Francisco, CA

Lacie was a bridesmaid in a wedding I photographed a couple of years ago, and I was excited to see her again and have the opportunity to work with her and her fiancee Chris at their own wedding. For their engagement session, they asked to go to San Francisco to the rose garden where Chris proposed. We also made a stop at AT&T park to shoot in the area - they're huge Giants fans and even have their own commemorative brick in the walkway along McCovey Cove at the ballpark. Nichole and Matt | Destination Engagement Session | San Francisco, CA

Nichole and Matt are getting married next summer here in Fresno, but they got engaged up in San Francisco at the Westin on Union Square so we headed that way for their engagement session. We started at Union Square and the surrounding area and finished up at Baker Beach with a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge at sunset. Enjoy my favorites from the session.
