Michelle and Rhett | Allegretto Vineyard Resort Wedding | Paso Robles, CA

As promised, here's Michelle and Rhett's second wedding at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, CA. After a small, intimate wedding at the Mission San Miguel on Friday, they did it all again, and they did it bigger, on Saturday for a few hundred guests. The venue was spectacularly beautiful, every detail was thought of and executed. Even though there was a whole wedding the day before, that didn't stop anyone from being fully present on the day and powerful, emotional moments were abundant. Erin and Erick | Moravia Winery Wedding | Fresno, CA

After photographing over 350 weddings since 2005, one of the things I'm most proud of is how often I'm hired by family and friends of past clients. This wedding was a perfect example after photographing Erick's brother's wedding a couple years ago (eventually I'll get to posting that one too!). It's so much fun to hang with familiar people and extend the stories started in past years. I love that Erin and Erick are both unabashed Star Wars fans and let all that come through in their wedding - from Han and Leia figures on the cake, Erick's Millennium Falcon cuff links, and the Rebel Alliance cuff links for the groomsmen. Whitney and Connor | Moravia Wines Wedding | Fresno, CA

A couple weeks ago, for the first time, I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Moravia Wines. I've had, *ahem* plenty, of opportunities to spend some quality wine drinking and hanging out time at the winery, so I was excited for this one! To top things off, I got to reconnect with a family that I hadn't seen in several years. I photographed Connor's brother's wedding 9 years ago when I was still getting started at this career. Andrea and Jason | Wedding from Copper River Country Club | Fresno, CA

So if you plan a wedding, outside, in August, you know you're rolling the dice with the weather and Andrea and Jason rolled "super hot"! That was totally okay though, cause they were as hot as the day, and no one let any of it get in their way. The vineyard looked amazing, the expressions and moments were coming from every direction, and it was a fantastic day. Enjoy a few of my favorites...

Hayley and Jay | Copper River Country Club Wedding | Fresno, CA

What started out looking like a rainy day, ended up being a gorgeous day at Copper River Country Club. Hayley was looking amazing in her custom dress and Jay was looking dapper. So many beautiful details and emotional moments all around, all day. To finish it all off was a wild dance floor and live band to bring it all home. The lighting from the stage was some of the funnest light I've had to work with - I loved playing with it and the added dimension to the dance party! Enjoy a few of my favorites from the day. Sarah and Ryan | Elliston Vineyards Wedding | Pleasanton, CA

Sarah and Ryan's wedding comes to you from Elliston Vineyards in Sunol, CA just a few miles outside of Pleasanton. The vineyard was a fantastic, intimate venue with a great old estate providing a gorgeous vintage background to the wedding. I truly had such a blast with these two and their friends. Truthfully I'm a pretty big nerd and these two were a perfect match. And then, to top it all off, Ryan and his friends home-brewed all the beer served at the wedding and it was absolutely glorious! Megan and Juan | Copper River Country Club Wedding | Fresno, CA

Megan and Juan were a blast to hang out with. Now I know I say that a lot, but I really, really mean it! They were so full of joy and energy you couldn't help but getting buzzed just being around them. Their reception was full of a crazy traditional Mexican wedding traditions - in particular one that I thought someone was surely going to get severely injured during. People should not be running around that fast around people standing on chairs! So. Much. Fun! Enjoy!
