Nicole and Chris | Preservation Park Wedding | Oakland, CA

I first met Nicole and Chris at Sarah and Ryan's wedding a couple of years ago. I'm not going to lie, I secretly thought they were a really cool couple and hoped they would get married and hire me. Well the universe heard me and here we are! I love that they are as sarcastic as me, love beer as much as I do (probably even more), and have a sarcastic wit which can keep the banter going forever. It was an absolute blast hanging out with them and their friends for the day and I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures as much as I enjoyed making them!

Britta and Adam | Winchester Mystery House Wedding | San Jose, CA

So it turns out that they have weddings at the Winchester Mystery House! When I got the first email from Britta, I was immediately transported back to being 10 years old and taking a tour of that bizarre piece of Victorian architecture with my family. All sorts of wacky stuff went through my head, but in the end all the wackiness was provided by Britta and Adam. As a photographer, there's nothing better than a subject with an expressive face and a great sense of humor and these two had it in spades. Any day is a good day when you can spend it laughing regardless of what comes your way!

Sarah and Ryan | Elliston Vineyards Wedding | Pleasanton, CA

Sarah and Ryan's wedding comes to you from Elliston Vineyards in Sunol, CA just a few miles outside of Pleasanton. The vineyard was a fantastic, intimate venue with a great old estate providing a gorgeous vintage background to the wedding. I truly had such a blast with these two and their friends. Truthfully I'm a pretty big nerd and these two were a perfect match. And then, to top it all off, Ryan and his friends home-brewed all the beer served at the wedding and it was absolutely glorious! Meg and Victor | Testarossa Winery Wedding | Los Gatos, CA

This wedding is from a year or so ago, but I'm slowly getting caught up on getting my newest work on the site! Meg and Victor were married at the beautiful Testarossa Winery of Los Gatos in the Bay Area. There ceremony took place in a long arched tunnel and was one of the most unique ceremony locations I've had the pleasure to photograph. The light and texture of the winery was a magnificent environment to work with, and Meg and Victor were the perfect compliment to the setting with such a moment filled day. I loved spending the day with them and the special collection of personalities that surrounded them. Enjoy a few of my favorite images from the day...

Jennifer and Kenny | Mountain Winery Wedding | Saratoga, CA

Jennifer and Kenny are as All-American as you can get. They met at Fresno State where Jennifer was on the cheer squad and Kenny played for the Bulldogs on the offensive line. I had an absolute blast hanging with them and their friends on the wedding day. There was so much personality and the party afterwards was unparalleled. I trust that comes through in the photographs, enjoy my favorites from the day!

Kristen and Nassim | Bay Area Engagement Session | San Francisco, CA

Kristen and Nassim work in the oil industry and travel the world for their jobs. So they decided that they would drop into San Francisco for the weekend and have an engagement session. It was such a treat to hear their story and about their lives - not to mention getting out of the valley to the shining city by the bay for a great session. This one goes way back to last summer, but better late than never! Enjoy!
