Engagement
Today I headed over to Carmel and Point Lobos State Preserve for a destination engagement session with Samantha and Nick. We were greeted by some beautiful weather - perfect for a great session. Below are a few of my favorites...
Another trip downtown, and a few more streets and alleys to explore! Bianca and Justin are getting married at the very rural Historic Harlan Ranch next year, so they thought it would be nice to get a different feel for their engagement session and head downtown for an urban session. They're a real cool couple, quick to laugh - made it real easy to get everyone loosened up. Here's a few of my favs...
I headed down to Reedley this time to shoot Blair and Leah's engagement session around downtown Reedley. A couple days before Leah asked me if it was cool if they brought their bikes - Cool I said, I love it when my couples bring props! Unfortunately, some scumbag stole their bikes out of their truck while they were eating dinner after the session. So if you see a couple sweet vintage bikes at the swap meet - one black and one red with a cool basket on the front - let us know! Sorry 'bout the bikes, at least you have some pictures to remember them by...
So, sorry guys, I put in the order for good weather but someone screwed it up and sent us bone chilling, cold wind just in time for our early AM engagement shoot! I swear it wasn't my fault, but in spite of the less than ideal conditions, Heather and Ryan did an outstanding job of not looking "freaking cold"!

Due to schedule issues, we had to start a little later than usual with Emily and Waylon's engagement session. We met about 30 minutes before sunset up at the San Joaquin River Parkway and took a few shots before grabbing the video light and heading downtown for something special.
