Meet sweet Romeo and his people! Just an adorable dog - even if he has a penchant for taking off like rocket in pursuit of the many bunny rabbits that call Woodward Park home!

Kaitlin is the sister of Kendall who's wedding I photographed a couple years ago (you can see Kendall and Ryan's wedding in the featured wedding gallery section of this site) so when Chas called and asked if I was willing to travel over to Carmel Valley to photograph their wedding, it was an easy "YES!" The view from Holman Ranch is absolutely stunning and the detailed, stone construction of the buildings was amazing. It's easily become one my favorite venues to work in - I can only hope someone else will invite me over in the future. Enjoy the gallery of my favorite images from the day...
This time around I returned to beautiful Wolf Lakes Park for Mandy and Jon's wedding. It was a beautiful day on an unseasonably cool Memorial Day weekend. Mandy made sure she put her own personal stamp on the park with lots of little details, many of them handmade by her. It was tough to narrow all the great images down for this post, but I managed! Take a minute to look through my favorite images from the day. Thanks!
Up next is Katherine and Jordan's wedding from Copper River Country Club. Once again Copper River put on a great wedding for a fun-loving couple. We were blessed with great weather and great light making for some spectacular images. I certainly had a great time shooting this wedding, I hope it shows in the photographs! Enjoy a few of my favorites...
This is a wedding that I've really been looking forward to since the day I put it on my calendar. All my clients are special in their own way, but this is a couple that I have known for several years as they are, together, the face of Copper River weddings. Heather's the one you talk to when you are booking your wedding and Matt makes sure your reception experience is everything you'd hoped! When they called and asked if I was available, I was honored! Take a minute and enjoy a selection of my favorites from the day!
Next up are Elizabeth's senior portraits from a the Woodward Park area. We found some amazing light after calling off the session a week earlier because of stormy weather. Take a minute to look at a few of my favorites from the session.
I knew I had visited an old courthouse at Millerton Lake as a kid on a field trip, but I didn't exactly remember where it was, but when it came time to find a spot for Stephanie and Jon's session I decided it was time I did a little serious looking. It wasn't really that hard to find, just took a little drive up to the lake and I found it of course. Along the way we shot at a bunch of great little spots on the south side of Millerton.
For the Dahl's session we headed to one of my favorite spring locations - I used it a lot this year! It's great because it's right in the middle of town, but it's a nice lush, green space in the spring time, and it even gets a nice bloom.
Stephanie and Gabriel are getting married at Wolf Lakes later this year, and as many couples using the park for their wedding do, they asked to use the park for their engagement session as well. We had to beat a storm that wasn't supposed to be coming but nobody told the wind and clouds - fortunately we made it! We also had a special guest at the session, their adorable little Pomeranian!
