Amanda and Tyler | Tuscan Gardens Wedding | Kingsburg, CA

Amanda and Tyler were married at the always beautiful Tuscan Gardens in Kingsburg, CA and Associate Photographer, Craig Kohlruss, was there to capture it! The sun was shining onto the vineyards and roses near the ceremony site making for the perfect backdrop for the heartfelt emotions (Amanda and Tyler wrote their own vows), laughter, and happy tears throughout the day! The mariachis at the reception got the party started off with live music and once the dancing began the party shifted into high gear! Here are a few highlights from the day:

Michelle and Joshua | St. Anthony of Padua and University House Wedding | Fresno, CA

Associate Photographer Craig Kohlruss photographed the wedding of Michelle and Josh! The ceremony took place at St. Anthony of Padua Parish. Then, they headed over the the CSUF University House in Old Fig Garden where their friends and family got to help them celebrate their big day with a rockin' reception filled with much love and dancing! Erin and Justin | Ranch Engagement Session | Kerman, CA

This is the first engagement session Craig Kohlruss has photographed for Mark Janzen Photography, and it was a great one! I was really jealous that I wasn't able to shoot it myself - it's not every day you get a session with horses - but Craig totally knocked it out of the park though, here are a few of my favorites from the session.

Big news! After 6+ years of being the sole photographer for my studio Mark Janzen Photography, I have added a 2nd photographer to the team and he's available now for weddings in 2012 and beyond. Craig Kohlruss is a legitimate, talented photojournalist who's brought his unique vision and storytelling ability to the local wedding photography community. His skills, developed over the last 20+ years shooting news in Northern California and currently with our own Fresno Bee, meld perfectly with the documentary focus that Mark Janzen Photography brings to weddings. When looking at bringing on another photographer to shoot weddings for my studio, I couldn't have imagined a better fit and I'm honored and excited to have him on board.
