Brie and Adrian | A “Backyard” Wedding | Fresno, CA

Brie and Adrian were married on the front lawn of Brie's Grandmother's beautiful home in Fresno, CA with a great, high-energy reception following in the backyard. There were tons of great DIY touches all over that put Brie's personal taste on display for everyone in attendance. The tasty dinner was followed by lots of great dancing led by the cute little flower girls and Grandpa! Take a minute and look through a few of my favorites from the day.

Kaitlin and Chas | Holman Ranch Wedding | Carmel Valley, CA

Kaitlin is the sister of Kendall who's wedding I photographed a couple years ago (you can see Kendall and Ryan's wedding in the featured wedding gallery section of this site) so when Chas called and asked if I was willing to travel over to Carmel Valley to photograph their wedding, it was an easy "YES!" The view from Holman Ranch is absolutely stunning and the detailed, stone construction of the buildings was amazing. It's easily become one my favorite venues to work in - I can only hope someone else will invite me over in the future. Enjoy the gallery of my favorite images from the day...

Mandy and Jon | Wolf Lakes Wedding | Sanger, CA

This time around I returned to beautiful Wolf Lakes Park for Mandy and Jon's wedding. It was a beautiful day on an unseasonably cool Memorial Day weekend. Mandy made sure she put her own personal stamp on the park with lots of little details, many of them handmade by her. It was tough to narrow all the great images down for this post, but I managed! Heather and Matt | Backyard Wedding | Clovis, CA

This is a wedding that I've really been looking forward to since the day I put it on my calendar. All my clients are special in their own way, but this is a couple that I have known for several years as they are, together, the face of Copper River weddings. Dara and Rich | Wolf Lakes Lakeside Wedding | Sanger, CA

Melissa and John | Wedding from the Visalia Holiday Inn | Visalia, CA

For Melissa and John's wedding I once again had the chance to work with the fabulous Dawnelle of The Divine Event and once again she did not disappoint with the decor.  Melissa's ideas were executed flawlessly!  Working in new venues is an especially exciting thing for me, particularly hotels where there typically aren't a lot of "obvious" places to go shoot portraits - it takes a lot more creativity and tricks to make it all work.  I loved the skeptical looks from Melissa that preceded looks of joy once I showed her the results of the back of the camera.  So if your photographer has you posed in a construction area, or at the edge of a crowded parking lot, trust them,

Maritess and Norman | Wolf Lakes and St. Anthony’s Wedding | Fresno, CA

Maritess and Norman held their wedding at the gorgeous combination of St. Anthony's in Fresno for their ceremony, and the unparalleled Garden pavilion at Wolf Lakes Park in Sanger, CA. The amazing flowers were done by Mariah at Simply Flowers and they were a perfect compliment to Maritess and Norman's wedding. Stacy and Adam | Winter Wedding from the Tenaya Lodge | Fish Camp, CA

Take a look at a few of my favorites from my first wedding of the season.  This time it's Stacy and Adam's turn up on the site and their beautiful wedding up at the Tenaya Lodge.  It was an absolutely beautiful setting with the snow covered surroundings, a warm fire blazing in the stone fireplace, and huge guest list full of those closest to Stacy and Adam.  Enjoy the slideshow!
