There was so much "happy" at this wedding! Craig headed up to Lake Tahoe to shoot Jen and Dan's wedding at the gorgeous Cedar House Sport Hotel and I have to say I'm jealous. That said, he really nailed it, capturing the quirky and devoted personalities present for this big day. So many great moments, take a minute and check out a few of my favorite images from the day.
Wowza, this wedding was one heck of a party! It may have been sweltering hot, but that didn't slow anyone down and it was obvious to everyone around that this was going to be an amazing celebration. Cassandra from Weddings by Cassandra was the planner and once again she did not disappoint. She's on a very short list of planners in the area that I can swear knock it out of the park every time. Brianna and Garrett were married just a few short weeks ago at the beautiful San Luis Obispo Country Club. We started the day at the Shore Cliff Lodge in Pismo Beach before heading over the country club. When we arrived, we were met with the most insane wind I've ever photographed in! We managed to find a couple places that were relatively sheltered for portraits and carried on! The wind had one great benefit and that was one of my favorites shots from the ceremony (completely exposed to the wind). Cassandra and Chris chose to have their wedding at the beautiful Garden Venue at Wolf Lakes Park. As always, the park was gorgeous and Cassandra and Chris and their energetic friends and family had an obviously great time! Take a few minutes and enjoy a few of my favorites from the wedding day!
Erin and Justin were married just a couple weeks ago at The Grove in Sanger, CA. Woah, it was hot! Like 100 million degrees or something like that, but Chelsie looked amazing and no one let it get them down! I also had my associate photographer Craig Kohlruss out with me for this one to shoot a little and to give me a little backup - a couple of the images here are his as well. It was cool to get back out to Holland Park as I haven't been there in a couple of years, it's as beautiful as ever! Sometimes you get a couple with so much spirit and energy that the whole day, as busy and intense as it can be, doesn't even seem like work - not even a little bit. Natalie, Curtis, their friends and especially their family were a joy to spend the day with. So much energy, love and excitement surrounded everything about the day.
