I photographed Denise and Michael’s wedding several years ago, and they have bestowed the greatest honor I know by having me document they’re growing family. I last photographed them in September and when I arrived I was greeted with the exciting news that Denise was pregnant again, tempered with the knowledge that the early stages weren’t going well and they were concerned that the pregnancy wouldn’t be successful. Come April, things got more tense and Jeffrey was born 4 months premature. I’ve nervously watched his progress over the last 4 months and a few weeks ago got the news that he was doing very well and would be coming home – within 2 days of his original due date – and they would like me to come and photograph them again. It’s so hard to believe that this tiny little guy has been in the world for 4 months! I’m so happy for this family, thankful that Jeffrey made it, please enjoy this little peak into their lives.
