Jamie + Braden – Wedding from St. John’s Cathedral and The Banker’s Ballroom

No offense to any of the other couples I photographed this year, but Jamie and Braden's wedding might have been the most unique wedding I photographed this year.  The bringing together of two very strong cultures and family histories made for a really interesting day.  It was a Scottish and Mexican mash-up that was a treat to experience, from a Bagpiper, to Mariachis, and from delicious Mexican food to Tartans and swords to the live band and the DJ that sounded like he was straight off a spanish radio station.  Everything was spectacular - even the "fake cake" that was quickly put together when the real cake was almost 2 hours late (it did show up).
