Tiffany and Kraig | Winter Wedding from the Grand 1401 | Fresno, CA
Tiffany and Kraig came all the way down from Alaska to Fresno to get married - I know, it doesn't make sense to me either except that Tiffany is from the area and all. Despite the fact that it rained pretty much all day, by "Alaska in November" standards it was a beautiful day and I couldn't have asked for better attitudes from a couple about a little rain. We busted out the umbrellas, got wet, had fun, broke camera gear (water and electronics don't mix well) and made some great images. We headed down to the Mural District in Downtown Fresno for Preston's senior portrait session. This is an area I haven't yet explored so it was fun getting to know another part of Fresno. To finish it all off, the sun finally broke through a little sliver of clouds and gave this really great orange glow to everything set against an amazing sky.

Nichole and Matt are getting married next summer here in Fresno, but they got engaged up in San Francisco at the Westin on Union Square so we headed that way for their engagement session. We started at Union Square and the surrounding area and finished up at Baker Beach with a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge at sunset. Enjoy my favorites from the session.

It’s that time of year again! You might not believe it, but it is going to get cool and those holiday cards need to be sent. So, Mark Janzen Photography is offering a very limited opportunity to a few lucky families! On the morning of Saturday, November 3 we will have a full slate of sessions at the beautiful Woodward Park taking advantage of some great fall color. Then the very next day on Sunday, November 4, we’ll have a full run of sessions Sessions with an urban feel in downtown Fresno.
