Jillian and John | St. Peters and Kings Country Club | Lemoore, CA

I don't want to sound like a broken record, so I'm not going to mention how scorching hot it was on this day and we'll just pretend it was about 80 degrees and perfect! I can totally get away with that because Jillian and John looked perfect in all their wedding pictures so you'd never know anyway! I had so much fun shooting this wedding, the kids at this one were so awesome - including Jillian's little man Jackson, the dancing pictures were epic, and there were so many great moments all around. I got to revisit St Peter's Catholic Church in Lemoore, a great church for a wedding, and I had my first chance to photograph a wedding at Kings Country

Cristen and Jory | Copper River Country Club Wedding Photographs | Fresno, CA

When Cirsten first come to talk to me about being her wedding photographer, one of the first things she said just gave me the warm fuzzies. She told me she didn't know much about her wedding, but she was certain that I was going to the photographer at her wedding - no question about it! To top that all off she chose one of my favorite venues to photograph in Fresno - Copper River Country Club. So it was a bit warm, actually it was really hot, but that didn't slow anyone down. The day was full of emotion and good vibes - lots of great moments to photograph, and lots of great people to work with. One of those days that

Jing and Max | Country Club Wedding | Fresno, CA

I photographed Max's brother's wedding a few years ago so, I was really happy to get to see Max again as well as my former wedding clients.  The wedding was beautifully decorated and I was thrilled to be a part of Max and Jing's wedding. To top it off, Sunnyside Country Club has a special place in my heart.  It's where my wife, Leslie, and I were married 14 years ago!  It was my first time shooting a wedding there and it was a kick to be at a place that meant a lot to me. I'm happy to share a few of my favorites from the day:

Another Fearless Award!

I'm so honored to have another image selected to be selected to receive a Fearless Award in the most recent collection. The Fearless Awards are a collection of the best images in wedding photography today. It's an inspiring collection and having an image selected is an exceptional challenge. Fewer than 5% of entries are awarded, so receiving one totally rocks my boat! This image is from Brianna and Garret's beautiful San Luis Obispo Country Club wedding last year.

Katrina and Andrew | Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Wedding | Fresno, CA

I'm happy to share the highlights from Katrina and Andrew's wedding with you! Their wedding and reception took place at Fig Garden Swim and Racquet in Fresno. I'll admit that the combination of one of my favorite venues, beautiful details, and a couple whose friends and family showed so much affection for them made my "favorites" selection process very difficult for me. Please enjoy this selection of images from their day!

Brianna and Garrett | San Luis Obispo Country Club Wedding | San Luis Obispo, CA

Brianna and Garrett were married just a few short weeks ago at the beautiful San Luis Obispo Country Club. We started the day at the Shore Cliff Lodge in Pismo Beach before heading over the country club. When we arrived, we were met with the most insane wind I've ever photographed in! We managed to find a couple places that were relatively sheltered for portraits and carried on! The wind had one great benefit and that was one of my favorites shots from the ceremony (completely exposed to the wind). All the bridesmaids dresses and Brianna's dress were flowing in the wind in beautiful waves of color. Check out my favorites above, you'll see that shot and many more! Thanks...

Dayna and Phil | A Backyard Wedding | Fresno, CA

There are people that have "intimate" weddings and then there are couples like Dayna and Phil whose wedding was the very definition of intimate. 12 guests, a maid of honor, a best man, an officiant, and myself in Dayna's parent's backyard. I love the vibe at these types of weddings, every thing is quieter and peaceful, but the one thing that's just as strong is the relationships. I am humbled and honored to be allowed to witness this type of celebration. Following the ceremony at their home, we headed to Belmont Country Club for a reception dinner with a few more of their friends and family. Enjoy a few of my favorite images...
